How to set up Mercado Pago integration

Mercado Pago is an online payment gateway system in South America.

Here are the steps you need to follow to set up and connect your Mercado Pago account with Hostify:

  1. Create a PRODUCTION project in the Mercado Pago admin panel. Make sure you use CheckoutAPI (Bricks):

  2. Log into your Hostify account.

  3. On the left hand-side menu, navigate to Apps and select Mercado Pago:

  4. Please complete the fields for the Public Key and Access Token, and assign a unique name to your integration.
    The currency used by Mercado Pago is determined by the country of operation selected when creating the "project." Ensure that you select the appropriate currency for the chosen country, as selecting the incorrect currency may result in inaccurate calculations.
    Press Add new and you are done with connecting your Mercado Pago project:

  5. From here on now you can now make payment requests inside the reservation view:
