We’re thrilled to announce that with our latest system updates, you can now seamlessly manage Airbnb co-host listings directly from Hostify. This enhancement simplifies your workflow and ensures greater efficiency in managing all your properties in one place.
This setup is best done with a new listing that is not yet connected to other OTAs or included in any Owner Statements in Hostify system.
Contact Hostify to enable the feature for you.
How to do it :
The primary goal is to have the listing synced to the Hostify platform from both the Owner account and the Co-host account. This setup will result in two listings within Hostify, both linked to the same Airbnb listing.
You can start by :
1 Connect the main owner Airbnb account, so that Hostify can pull the owner Airbnb listing.
2 Connect the co-host Airbnb with Hostify, so that so that Hostify can pull the co-host Airbnb listing.
Tip : How to check if the Airbnb listing is present in Hostify system from the two accounts easily.
Copy the Airbnb listing id and paste in Hostify general search.
If Hostify search returns two results then you have the listing in Hostify from the two accounts :
Once the two accounts are connected and the listing is pulled from the two accounts :
You can start the setup with the main Owner listing :
Once your listing is successfully pulled or synced with Hostify, navigate to the Listing page.
Go to Settings and set the Airbnb synchronization type
option to Everything. Then, click Save to apply the changes.
On the left-hand menu, look for a tag labeled Co-host Listing Related. This indicates that the system has detected a co-host listing associated with this listing.
Now you can turn OFF the PMS services of the main owner Airbnb and continue to manage the listing from Hostify from the co-host listing.
Now you can switch to the Co-host listing :
Open the Co-host Listing and turn on the PMS Services.
Navigate to the Co-host listing Listing page and turn ON the PMS services.
Wait until the listing finishes syncing information from Airbnb to ensure it is fully up to date. This could take 1-2 minutes.
Once the listing becomes active, you will see a tag labeled Co-host Listing in the left-hand menu. This confirms that the system has identified it as a Co-host listing.
On the Settings page, you’ll find an indication of which sync is linked to the Primary/Owner Listing in the Hostify system. Additionally, a shortcut is provided to easily access the Primary/Owner Listing if needed.
