Please note that before proceeding with the steps that are showcased below, it's extremely important to set up the integration between your Hostify and Booking.com account correctly. Please navigate to this help desk article to learn more about how to do that in the most efficient manner.

Steps to Mark a Reservation as No-Show for Reservations coming from Booking.com API

  1. Go to the Reservation Page of the reservation you would like to modify.

  2. Click the "Mark as Channel No-Show" button located on the top of the page.

  3. Confirm the Action - Click the button to proceed with marking the reservation as a no-show.

  4. Choose Fee Waiving Option - Decide whether the no-show fee will be applied or waived, based on the specific case.

Keep in mind that the 'Mark as a no-show' button is only available from midnight on the check-in date until 48 hours after the planned check-out date.

By completing these steps, the reservation status will be updated accordingly.
