How to Modify Reservation Check-Out Dates for Booking.com Reservations

Modify Reservation Check-Out Dates for Reservations coming from Booking.com API

Last-minute changes happen, and this new feature makes handling them easier. Ensure your availability calendar reflects real-time changes, avoiding overbookings or scheduling conflicts.

The check-out date can be changed if:

  • the guest has already checked in;

  • the status of the reservation allows modifications;

  • the reservation is not overbooked;

  • the property does not use payments by Booking.com or online payments;

  • the check-out date has not changed during the last 24 hours (calculated as 00:00 - 23:59 CEST)

Steps to Modify Reservation Check-Out Dates

  1. Go to the Reservation Page of the reservation you would like to modify.

  2. Click the "Change Check out date" button located on the top of the page.

3. From the calendar select the modification of the Check-out date and the new price.

The price cannot be set lower than the existing amount for the reservation.
