By integrating Yacan Smart with Hostify, you can easily import your property

Below is a step-by-step guide to linking Hostify with Yacan Smart:

Retrieve your API Key from your Hostify account (Settings &gt; API Key) and

send it to <a href="mailto:info@yacan.es" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">info@yacan.es</a>. ​

Create custom fields for "Room Code" and "Ekey" in your Hostify account (Settings &gt; Custom fields). These fields will store the access to the property and we must register them when activating the integration. ​

Verify the "Reservation Custom Fields" table:

1. Once "Room Code" and "Ekey" have been created, they will appear in the Reservation Custom Fields table with a Name, Type, and Placeholder. 
2. We will also need to receive by mail the Name and Placeholder of each field. ​

1. Once everything is set up and we receive your email with the API Key and Custom Field ids, we will complete the activation process. 
2. Your Yacan Smart and Hostify accounts will then be fully integrated.

Accessing the Property Lock Mapper:

1. After activation, log in to your admin account on core.yacan.pro.
2. Navigate to the "Property Lock Mapper" section.
3. A list of all properties and their assigned locks will be displayed, allowingyou to manage and map them as needed.
