Dashboard tab:
The reviews dashboard presents various metrics and graphs tracking reviews over time. It includes key rating categories such as Overall Rating, Cleanliness, Facilities, Location, Comfort, Staff, and Value.
Each rating has a numerical score along with Week-over-Week (WoW), Month-over-Month (MoM), and Year-over-Year (YoY) changes to track performance trends.
Below these metrics, the dashboard features three graphs:
Reviews Over Time – showing trends for different review categories.
Weekly Average Review Score with YoY Comparison – displaying how the weekly average scores compare to the previous year.
Weekly Top Review Rate with YoY Comparison – analyzing top ratings from week to week compared to the prior year.
Reviews tab:The Reviews Tab gives hosts a centralized view of guest feedback and rating trends. It simplifies tracking key review metrics, helping users pinpoint areas for improvement and boost listing performance.
Additionally, hosts can directly reply to guest reviews by selecting Preview and Reply button:
Listing tab:The Booking.com Listing Tab offers a detailed view of listing scores and key review metrics, allowing hosts to easily track performance at the listing level.
