When to Use This Tool
Hostify automatically imports your reservations from channels like Airbnb and Booking.com. However, there may be rare cases where a reservation does not appear in Hostify - for example, due to temporary connectivity issues or outages on the channel side or Hostify.
To resolve this quickly, you can manually pull reservations using our Pull Reservations tool.
How to Manually Pull Reservations
Go to Channels
In the Hostify dashboard, navigate to Channels in the main menu.
Select a Channel
Choose Airbnb or Booking.com.
Choose an Account
Access Pull Reservations
In the menu on the left side, click Pull Reservations.
Enter Confirmation Code(s)
Type the reservation’s confirmation code in the input field.
To pull multiple reservations at once, separate the codes with commas.
Confirm the Action
Important Notes
The Pull Reservations tool is available only to users with the Administrator or Manager role.
This tool is helpful for recovering missing reservations after connecting an existing property to Hostify or due to connectivity issues.
