Step 1: Connect Your Account
Go to Accounts section and initiate account connection:
Proceed through the authentication process for the device manager of your choice:
Complete the fields and login:
After finishing the login process you will see your active connected account:
Step 2: Refresh and Connect Your Devices
After finishing the authentication process, you will have to pull the devices from the device manager by refreshing with this button:
This action will pull all of the devices that support online access_codes
.
After you have pulled the devices you will need to link them to their listing by choosing from the dropdown select list:
Step 3: Activate the Integration
After you have completed all of the set up steps, you will need to navigate to the settings tab and change the option for the integration to be active:
After completing all 3 steps the integration will automatically create access codes for the reservations 3 days before the check in date. You can see the created access code on the reservation page in the Hostify Locks section.
Additionally. you can create automated messages for sending the code to the guest after it is created.
