Here’s a step-by-step overview of what’s required:
1. ✅ Create a Holidu Partner Portal Account
Visit the Holidu Partner Portal.
Click “Sign up here” and enter your email and a secure password.
Confirm your email via the verification link sent to your inbox.
2. 🔗 Select Integration Type
Choose “I want to connect to Holidu through a Channel Manager.”
From the list, select Hostify (or contact Holidu if it’s not listed).
3. 🏢 Provide Company Details
Enter your legal company name, billing address, VAT number (if applicable), and number of properties.
Specify where your properties are located and how your company name should appear on Holidu.
4. 👤 Add User Details
Provide contact information for the person responsible for the Holidu partnership.
Include name, phone number, preferred language, and role in the company.
5. 📜 Agree to Terms and Conditions
Accept Holidu’s commercial agreement, which includes a 16.5% commission on confirmed bookings.
6. 💳 Add Billing Information
Fill in invoice details including billing address, VAT number, and invoice recipient email.
7. 🧾 Complete Regulatory Reporting
Submit tax identification and commercial registration numbers for DAC7 compliance.
Choose your business category (e.g., legal entity, individual).
8. 🖼️ Add Company Branding
Upload your company logo and provide a short name for display purposes.
9. 📞 Add Customer Service Info
Enter your customer service phone and email.
Set up booking notification preferences.
10. ❌ Choose a Cancellation Policy
Select from Holidu’s predefined policies: Flexible, Moderate, Firm, Strict, or Custom.
11. 🧒 Configure Booking Details
Define guest categories (Adult, Child, Baby) and age limits.
Enable special requests and required customer information.
12. 🛡️ Complete KYC Verification
Go to Holidu Payments and start the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
Provide ID and details for key business owners or signatories.
Submit bank details for payouts.
13. 🧪 Wait for Test Booking
Holidu will perform a test booking to confirm integration.
Respond to their email to verify the booking was received correctly in Hostify.
