Version 2 of the Hostify-Booking.com integration allows you to seamlessly connect existing Booking.com properties to Hostify and create new listings that automatically publish to Booking.com.
β
What's New
You can now complete the entire connection process yourself - no need to wait for Hostify Support to accept your connection requests.
π Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:
At least one property with an active connectivity request from Booking.com to Hostify
Your Booking.com Legal ID or the email address associated with your Booking.com account
βStep 1: Connect Your Booking.com Account
Navigating to Channels -> Booking.com -> click the "Connect New Account" button.
Enter your Booking.com Legal ID or the email address linked to your Booking.com account.
Click the "Connect Booking.com" button to be redirected to your Booking.com account, where you can submit bulk connectivity requests to Hostify for your properties.
Important: You must create a separate account in Hostify for each legal ID you use on Booking.com.
2. Connect Pending Properties
Once you've submitted connectivity requests from Booking.com, properties will appear in the new Import tab in Hostify, ready to be connected.
Review the pending connectivity requests that appear.
For each property, select the connection type:
Single Unit: Hostify will manage content, rates, and availability
Multi-Unit: Hostify will manage only rates and availability
Click "Add" (for new connections) or "Reconnect" (for existing properties).
β
After clicking Add or Reconnect, you'll be redirected to:
The Mulit-Unit tab (if you selected Multi-Unit), or
The Single Unit mapping page (if you selected Single Unit).
β
Connected properties will then appear under the corresponding tab based on your selection.
3. Creation of a property from Hostify to Booking.com
Navigate to the property you want to create and click Clone.
βChoose Booking.com integration.
βBefore completing the cloning process, make sure to select the cleaning fee, instant booking category, cancellation policy, price markup (if applicable), and provide contact details, which are mandatory.
β All set! Once the Booking.com listing is created, it will appear under the parent listing, listed among the child properties.
Best Practices:
Review your listings after the connection and cloning processes on Booking.com platform Extranet to ensure accuracy!
