Using Version 2 of the connection between Hostify and Booking.com allows you to easily map existing Booking.com properties to Hostify and create new listings in Hostify that are automatically published to Booking.com.

✅ What You Need to Know

1. Connect new account

Prerequisite: You must have at least one property with a connectivity request from Booking.com to Hostify.

No longer Hostify Support team will have to accept your Connection requests. You can do the whole process on your own.

  • Initiate the connection between Hostify and Booking.com by navigating to Channels -> Booking.com -> click the "Connect New Account" button to connect your Booking.com account.

  • Enter your Booking.com Legal ID or the email address linked to your Booking.com account.

  • Click the "Connect Booking.com" button to be redirected to your Booking.com account, where you can submit bulk connectivity requests to Hostify for your properties.

You must create a separate account in Hostify for each legal ID you use on Booking.com.

2. Map pending properties in Hostify that have active connectivity requests from Booking.com.

No longer Hostify Support team will have to accept your Connection requests. You can do the whole process on your own.

  • Properties for which you have send Pending connectivity requests will appear in Hotels tab ready to be selected and connected.

  • You can choose to connect the property as a Single Unit (Hostify will manage content, rates, and availability) or as a Multi-Unit (Hostify will manage only rates and availability).

  • Click "Add" button.

Depending on whether you selected the property as a Single Unit or Multi-Unit, it will appear under the corresponding tab.

3. Creation of a property from Hostify to Booking.com

  • Navigate to the property you want to create and click Clone.

  • Choose Booking.com integration.

  • Before completing the cloning process, make sure to select the cleaning fee, instant booking category, cancellation policy, price markup (if applicable), and provide contact details, which are mandatory.

All set! Once the Booking.com listing is created, it will appear under the parent listing, listed among the child properties.

Best Practices:
Review your listings after the connection and cloning processes on Booking.com platform Extranet to ensure accuracy!
