How to Create Entry Instructions in MrGG
Entry Instructions are part of the MrGG guest guide and allow you to provide guests with clear information on how to reach the property, how to receive the keys, and how to locate the apartment.
Steps to Create Entry Instructions
1. Create a New Template
From the settings menu, select how many languages the instructions will be available in.
Then create a new template using the Add button, enter a name for the template, choose the language in which you want to create it, and save it.
2. Add Instructions for Finding the Property
Describe how guests can reach the property. You can include information such as:
• the exact address
• what the building looks like
• nearby landmarks
3. Add Photos
You can attach photos of the building or the entrance to make it easier for guests to locate the property.
4. Describe How to Receive the Key
If you will not meet guests in person, provide instructions on how they can obtain the key.
For example:
• whether there is a lockbox
• what the code is
• where it is located
5. Explain How to Reach the Apartment
You can upload a photo of the apartment door and describe the easiest way to reach it.
6. Use Automatic Variables
You can add variables that automatically populate information such as:
• the property name
• the guest’s name
• the property address
• other relevant data
7. Add Additional Information
You can also include additional details, such as:
• whether pets are allowed
• whether smoking is allowed
• other property rules
8. Select the Properties
Choose which properties these instructions will apply to. If you decide to remove a property, you can do so from the same place where you added it.
9. Add Additional Languages
From the same menu, you can add additional language versions of the instructions.
10. Save the Template
Once you are done, save the completed template, and the instructions will become active.
