How to Create Emergency Information in MrGG
The Emergency section is part of the MrGG guest guide and allows guests to quickly find the help they need in situations such as medical issues, fire, apartment emergencies, or other urgent cases.
Providing clear emergency contact information increases guest safety and helps them react quickly when necessary.
Steps to Create Emergency Information
1. Create a New Template
Click the Add button to create a new Emergency template.
Enter a template name and choose the initial language, then save the template.
2. Add Emergency Content
In the Content editor, enter information about important emergency contacts.
You can include information such as:
• universal emergency number
• host or property manager contact
• instructions in case of property emergencies
• maintenance or technical support contact
• local emergency services
Clear and well-structured information will help guests respond quickly in emergency situations.
3. Use Dynamic Variables
You can insert dynamic variables by using the placeholder button in the editor.
These variables automatically populate information such as:
• property name
• property address
• guest name
• other stay-related details
Using placeholders allows you to reuse the same template across multiple properties.
4. Add Additional Languages
From the Language menu, you can add additional language versions of the Emergency information.
This allows guests to view important instructions in their preferred language.
5. Assign the Template to Properties
In the Assigned Listings section, select which properties should use this template.
You can apply the template to multiple listings at once.
If necessary, you can also remove properties from the template later.
6. Save the Template
Once you finish editing the information and assigning properties, click Save to activate the template.
