Activity Log for Calendar (CAL2)
NEW | Activity Log — Full Visibility into Calendar Changes Track every request that changes pricing or availability across your listings, including reservations, bulk calendar updates (e.g. PriceLabs), blocks, and more.
• Multicalendar overview — A new view shows failed/successful requests across all listings. Click any number to jump to the main Activity Log in Settings. • Settings → Activity Log — See all requests affecting pricing or availability: reservations, bulk updates, blocks, and more. • Request detail view — Click any request to see a full breakdown: listing name (links to the listing), what was sent to each connected channel, and the data transmitted. Failed requests show a red field with a brief explanation of the issue. • Kibana ID — Each request includes an ID that maps to Kibana logs, useful for deeper investigation. Share with the team if needed. • Per-listing log — The same detailed view is also available directly on each listing's page, filtered to that listing only. |

Settings & Account
NEW | User Last Login Column Settings → Users now includes a Last Login column showing the last time each user logged into Hostify. The timestamp is automatically converted to your account's timezone. |
Hostify AI — Autopilot
NEW | Knowledge Base Auto-Generation from Conversations A new Generate from Conversations button on the Knowledge Base page analyzes your inbox history and proposes KB entries using AI.
• Produces general entries (all properties), listing-specific entries, and suggested custom instructions. • Choose a time period of 1–12 months, review the draft batch item by item, and publish with one click. • Multi-unit aware, deduplicates against your existing KB, and processes up to 5,000 threads. |
NEW | Reservation Updates from Guest Messages The AI agent can now act on what guests say in conversation to update the reservation automatically.
– Planned arrival & departure — When the guest says "we'll arrive around 3pm" or "leaving by 10am", the agent sets the ETA/ETD on the reservation. – Check-in & check-out status — When the guest confirms "we're at the property" or "we just left", the agent marks them as checked in or checked out.
• Both capabilities are opt-in via separate toggles in Auto Pilot settings (Reservation Updates section). • When off, the agent still answers questions about arrival times — it just won't write data back. • Toggle states are included in the guest communication webhook payload for external system visibility. |
NEW | Active Hours Schedule Configure a weekday-by-weekday schedule to control when Auto Pilot operates.
• Each day has its own on/off flag and time window. • Overnight windows are supported (e.g. 22:00–06:00). • Disable the schedule entirely to run 24/7. • Times are based on your account timezone. |
NEW | Escalation Notifications When the AI can't handle a guest message, it escalates in one step: internal note, starred thread, and a notification to your team.
• Alerts via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (works with both the Hostify shared number and your own WABA). • A pre-built "Inbox Escalation (AI)" template is available in the Auto Message picker. • New template variables: {{escalation_note}}, {{escalation_type}}, {{assignee_name}}, {{priority}}, {{thread_link}}. • API endpoint available: POST /inbox/escalate for external integrations. |
