Written by Rachel Tommasino

Dashboard

The Owner Portal Dashboard gives property owners a clear overview of their properties’ performance, including revenue, occupancy, reservations, and booking trends.

It is designed to help owners quickly understand how their properties are performing over a selected time period.

KPI Overview

At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find key performance indicators (KPIs) summarizing overall portfolio performance.

  • Owner Revenue

Shows the total owner revenue generated during the selected period.

  • Occupancy Rate

Displays the percentage of available nights that were booked.

  • Booked Nights

Shows the total number of nights booked across all reservations.

  • Reservations

Displays the total number of confirmed reservations within the selected period.

Revenue Overview

The Revenue Overview chart visualizes revenue performance over time. Use this chart to:

  • Identify seasonal patterns

  • Monitor revenue growth or decline

  • Compare monthly performance

Listings

The Listings section breaks down performance by individual property, including Gross Revenue, Occupancy, Average Daily Rate and Bookings.

Reservations

The Reservations section displays recent reservation activity, including guest and property information, channel, reservation status and owner revenue.

Occupancy Rate and Booking Nights charts

These charts show occupancy performance over time compared to the previous period. Use these charts to identify high-demand periods, low-performing months, seasonal occupancy changes, etc.

Calendar

The Calendar view shows availability and bookings for the owner’s properties.

Multi-calendar for owners with several listings

When enabled by your property manager, owners with more than one listing see a month grid with one row per property: bookings appear as bars with the booking channel’s logo, the guest’s initials and the number of nights — with the bar starting and ending mid-day on the check-in and check-out days — and blocked periods appear striped. Owners with a single listing always see the single-listing calendar.

  • Use the search box to filter the property rows as you type.

  • Navigate months with the arrows, or jump back with Today.

  • Click a property name to open its full single-listing calendar.

  • Click a booking for a quick preview (guest, dates, nights and — depending on your portal settings — owner revenue, ADR, payout and total).

  • Where the property manager allows it, click a free day or drag across days to block or unblock dates (with an optional note), or to add an owner reservation — the same actions as on the single-listing calendar.

Single-listing calendar

The single calendar shows one property’s month with daily prices and minimum stay (when enabled), bookings and blocks. The listing picker filters as you type. Deep links with a listing keep working, and on phones the day editor and booking preview open as bottom sheets.

Reservations

The Reservations view gives owners a complete overview of all bookings across their properties. From this page, owners can:

  • View upcoming and past reservations

  • Search and filter bookings

  • Monitor owner revenue

  • Review guest stay details

Filters & Search

  • Search by reservation code or guest name

  • Filter by one or more listings — the property picker is a multi-select with search

  • Filter by status and channel

  • Filter by dates with a choice of basis: check-in, check-out or booking date — combined with presets (Today, past/next periods) or a custom range. Check-out plus “Previous month” matches how owner statements are usually reconciled.

  • Active filters appear as removable chips under the toolbar

Reservation details & financial breakdown

Clicking a reservation opens its detail page — each reservation has its own link, so a specific booking view can be shared. Depending on your portal settings, the detail can include a per-reservation financial breakdown:

  • As per statement — the same fee lines and labels as your owner statement (taken from the statement once the stay is on one, estimated from your contract until then).

  • Full details — every charge and cost on the booking: accommodation, cleaning, extras, taxes and commissions, grouped into revenue and expenses with subtotals and a “Total after expenses” line. Net and VAT columns can be shown per fee.

Export

When enabled, the download icon in the toolbar exports the currently filtered reservation list as a CSV or Excel file, with the same columns you see on the cards (and the breakdown columns when the breakdown is enabled).

Statements

The Owner Statements view allows owners to review all financial statements generated for their properties.

From this page, owners can:

  • View all statements

  • Search for specific statements

  • Filter by listing

  • Filter by date range

  • Sort statements

  • Review statement totals and payouts

Expenses

The Expenses section lets owners review and manage all recorded costs linked to their properties.

Use the search to quickly find specific items, or filter by listing or date range to narrow down results. Expenses can be exported as a CSV file.

Invoices

The Invoices section allows owners to view and manage all issued invoices related to their properties.

Use the search to quickly locate a specific invoice, or filter by listing, date range and type. Where the property manager enables it, owners can also switch between invoices received and invoices issued by their own company.

The export menu offers the filtered list as a CSV or Excel file and — when enabled — Download all PDFs, which downloads the currently filtered invoices as a single ZIP archive (up to 50 at a time, files named by invoice number).
