Length‑of‑Stay Discounts
Weekly discount: Applies automatically for stays 7+ nights.
Monthly discount: Applies automatically for stays 28+ nights.
Early‑Bird Discount
What it is: Discount for guests booking far in advance (1–24 months).
When it applies: Automatically when the booking lead time meets the host’s rule.
Last‑Minute Discount
What it is: Discount for bookings made close to check‑in (0–7 days).
When it applies: Automatically when the booking is within the defined window.
Non‑Refundable Discount
What it is: 10% discount in exchange for a stricter cancellation policy.
When it applies: When the guest chooses the non‑refundable option at checkout.
Top‑Rated Guest Discount
What it is: 15% discount for guests with 4.8+ rating and 3+ reviews.
When it applies: Can stack with other promotions.
Blackout dates: You can exclude up to 30 dates per calendar year, so the discount does not apply on those nights. See Exclude dates from the Top‑Rated Guest Discount below.
Mobile Only deals
Offer 10% discount to guest booking from the mobile phones
How to enable it
Go to your Airbnb listing in Hostify.
Navigate to Settings → Pricing.
Find the promotion you want to offer.
Toggle the promotion on and/or set your discount percentage.
Save your changes.
The promotion will now be active on Airbnb for that listing.
Exclude dates from the Top‑Rated Guest Discount (blackout dates)
Blackout dates are nights on which the discount does not apply, for example a holiday weekend. The discount stays on: guests staying on an excluded night pay the full price, and every other night keeps the discount.
Because your listing is connected to Airbnb through Hostify, you set blackout dates in Hostify. Airbnb does not let you add them on its side for a connected listing.
Go to your Airbnb listing in Hostify → Settings → Pricing and find Top-rated guests discount.
Leave Apply to all nights selected if you do not want to exclude any dates. This is the default.
To exclude dates, choose Exclude specific dates. A calendar opens.
Click the dates to exclude. Each one appears as a tag under the calendar; click × on a tag to remove that date. The counter shows how many dates you have used in each calendar year, out of 30
.
Save your changes. Hostify sends the dates to Airbnb.
You can exclude up to 30 dates per calendar year. If you choose more, Hostify shows an error and does not save until you remove the extra dates.
Good to know
These promotions can be enabled per listing — you don't need to configure them on Airbnb's platform separately.
As with any Airbnb discount, review how it may interact with other active discounts (e.g., length-of-stay, non-refundable) to avoid unintended stacking.
You can add, change or remove blackout dates without switching the Top‑Rated Guest Discount off.
To remove all blackout dates, choose Apply to all nights and save.
Dates that have already passed are greyed out and cannot be changed.
Blackout dates are available only for the Top‑Rated Guest Discount for now.
