Product Updates - June 2026

Here's a summary of everything new and improved at Hostify in May 2026

Written by Rachel Tommasino

New Channels: Uniplaces

NEW — Uniplaces Integration for Mid & Long-Term Rentals

We've launched a new integration with Uniplaces, a platform focused on mid-to-long-term rentals, expanding the channels available to grow your bookings beyond short-term stays.

For step-by-step setup instructions, see our Uniplaces Integration Guide: https://help.hostify.com/en/articles/14689293-uniplaces-integration-guide

PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENTS

IMPROVED — Major Speed Improvements on Reservation Pages

We've rolled out several performance optimizations targeting the reservation areas of Hostify — including reservation reports/lists and the single reservation view.

In most cases, loading times have dropped from 7–8 seconds to under 1 second. For larger accounts that previously experienced load times of 10–20 seconds, the improvement is even more significant.

BOOKING.COM UPDATES

IMPROVED — Redesigned Hotel Management Tab

The Booking.com Hotel Management tab has been updated with a cleaner layout and better visibility into your connected properties.

  • Summary tiles at the top show Total Hotels, Connected Single Unit, Connected Multi Unit, and Pending Hotels at a glance.

  • The property list now displays Hotel ID, Account, Legal ID, and Status in a cleaner table format.

  • Quick-access buttons per property: Update from Channel, Update Rate Plans, Delete, and Pull Reservations.

NEW — List/Unlist Booking.com Multi-Unit Properties from Hostify

You can now open or close Booking.com Multi-Unit properties for bookings directly from Hostify — no need to log into Booking.com separately.

  • Go to the Booking.com integration → Hotels tab to manage this.

  • Use the Open for Booking checkbox to list or unlist a multi-unit property instantly.

  • If a property cannot be opened due to a configuration issue, a clear error message will be displayed explaining the reason.

NEW — Self-Service Guest Requests from Booking.com

We now fully support self-service requests coming from Booking.com — structured requests that guests can submit after their reservation is confirmed (for example, sofa-bed or amenity questions).

The first reply sent by the host from Hostify after a self-service request is automatically treated as the official response to that specific request.

NEW — RTB Status from Booking.com

Request-to-Book (RTB) status from Booking.com guest–host communication is now also visible directly in the Inbox.

NEW — Bathroom Type & Location for Booking.com Single Units

For Booking.com single unit listings, you can now manage the bathroom type and its location directly from Hostify (e.g. inside the unit, ensuite, next door, opposite the room, hallway, or other).

CALENDAR & SYNC RELIABILITY

NEW — Error Guide Added to Activity Log

The Activity Log now includes a built-in Error Guide. Click any error to see what it means and how to resolve it, with errors grouped by type: Needs Action, Usually Auto-Resolved, Informational, and Not an Issue.

INBOX UPDATES

NEW — Thread Activity Footprint

The Inbox now logs and displays user activity on each conversation thread, so your team can see which user took which action.

Currently tracked actions include closing and reopening a thread, starring, and snoozing/unsnoozing.

Note: this feature is still being refined — you may occasionally need to refresh the page to see the most recent log entry.
