NEW — Export Toggle: Control What Gets Exported
A new Export toggle is now available on the iCal Import/Export page for Cal2 customers, giving you more control over what is included when sharing your calendar externally.
OFF — Only blocks created directly in Hostify are exported. Events imported from external calendars are ignored.
ON — All blocks are exported, including those coming from imported calendars.
AUTO-MESSAGES
NEW — New Filter: Confirmed At
Auto-messages now support a Confirmed At filter, allowing you to trigger messages based on when a reservation was confirmed rather than when it was created or when the stay takes place.
Useful for targeting guests based on specific confirmation date ranges.
The confirmation date is automatically converted to your account timezone.
OWNER ACCOUNTING
P&L, General Ledger & Chart of Accounts
A major new module is bringing owner and property manager finances directly into Hostify — no separate bookkeeping tool required.
P&L (Profit & Loss) — Pick an owner to see their income and expenses, or select your management company to view your own commission income.
