To make a specific preset, you simply have to click on the filter menu and chose to Create view from the drop-down menu.
Here, you have the option to Specify criteria like: whether the property it is active or not (PMS services), Integration, City, Title and more.
Choose Columns gives you the freedom to select the information that you want to see in your report. Data about Listing nickname, Address, Capacity, Bathrooms and other details can be selected by putting a tick in each box.
Column Order is a neat feature that allows you to customize the view of your report. Click, hold and drag the names of the columns to put them in order of your choice.
!Don't forget to type a name for your preset, otherwise the save button won't become active!
