Now you are in the Listing itself. You can perform a detailed overview and editing by simply using the menu on the left.

The Overview gives you statistical information by month such as Revenue, Occupancy Rate, Cash flow, Potential revenue, Average reservation length and more.

Under Calendar, you have an easy to understand view of the month that will show you the price by night for each day and  whether there are any blocked days or booked ones. 

  • Calendar Log is a history log that contains information about any changes made to the price and availability.

  • iCal gives you the opportunity to sync iCal with Hostify. 

  • You can manage Custom Stay Rules from here as well. Click here to learn how to use the option. 

  • New Reservation lets you create manual reservations. 

If you go to Marketing you’ll get the opportunity to add comprehensive Description to the property. You can add summary or information about the neighborhood that will help your clients chose whether your place suits them. 

  • With Location, you can give map coordinates to the place.

  • Amenities allows you to set rules and generic information about the property. Specify Capacity, Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Beds. Share information about the Wi-Fi, whether Pets, Children or Parties are allowed and select what kind of appliances are available in the place.

  • The Check-in tab gives options to specify check-in and check-out time, plus the opportunity to specify days for that same purpose.

Clone is the option that allows you to make a copy of the listing. Select the integration you want linked to the clone and click on next. The following step asks you to fill in a Listing Nick Name, Price markup, Cleaning fee, Security deposit and to choose whether to have Synchronize pricing on or off

Under Automation, you can check which automations are currently running for this property.


Management gives you the option to fill in Main contact and Emergency contact for your guests, as well as to set Revenue target by month. 

The final menu, Settings, will allow you to edit the listing’s Nick Name, set Tags, specify Custom Fields and to turn Off and On vital options like PMS Services, Master Callendar or Parent/Child.
PMS Services
allows you to make the listing active or inactive.
Master Calendar
gives you the ability to control the listing's availability and price from Hostify. The option pushes information directly to the channel if it is On and if it's Off the channel sends information to Hostify. 

  • The Pricing tab allows editing of the Cleaning fee, Security deposit, Daily price, Markup, Extra guest fee and more. 

  • In the Saved Replies tab, you can save templates which you can use to reply in guest conversations. 

  • You can set a specific signature for ending your replies, when having guest communication, in the Signature tab.
