In the Reviews menu, you have the opportunity to monitor the feedback your guests leave after their stay has ended.
You can filter the reviews using the filter menu by clicking on the filter icon.

Similar to the other filters you can create presets by clicking on the drop-down menu and choosing Create view. 

Specify criteria like guest name, listing or confirmation code. Under Choose Columns you have the freedom to select the information that you want to see in your report. Finally, Column Order allows you to customize the view of your report. Click, hold and drag the names of the columns to put them in order of your choice. 

!Don't forget to put a name for your preset, otherwise you wont be able to see the Save button!
