This menu gives you the option to check your guest database where you store contact information, names and reservation history for your clients.
As usual, you have your filter option with the opportunity to create a customized presets.
Click on the drop-down menu and choose Create view.
Specify criteria like guest name, listing or confirmation code. Under Choose Columns you have the freedom to select the information that you want to see in your report. Finally, Column Order allows you to customize the view of your report. Click, hold and drag the names of the columns to put them in order of your choice.
