The settings menu is the place where you can edit your personal account details, as well as users and a couple of other useful options.

Set an account Name, Default Currency, Timezone, Date format, Checked in/out time format and API key.

If you choose Users from the menu on the left you will have the opportunity to create and edit the member accounts of your co-workers.

  • Creating a new entry is as simple as adding a contact e-mail, name and phone number.

Custom fields is an option that gives you the freedom to generate a Placeholder, that works much like the Dynamic variables.

This placeholder can be loaded with information, specified for each listing you have.

  • Example: Adding the placeholder in the text of your automated messaging system will result in replacing the placeholder code with the information specified for the listing. This way you can create a Dynamic variable that equals the password for the internet for each property and make one automated template for providing this specific detail for all listings. Every time the message is sent the password will correspond the listing it is used for.

After you create a new Dynamic variable you need to select the small house icon on the right-hand side in order to put the information you want in each listing.
