Hostify gives you the ability to add and manage different users with different roles in the system.

A new user can be easily added in Hostify, simply by going in Settings and then to the Users section. On the top right corner of the page will be visible a "New User +" button.

On the form that will appear on your screen, you just need to fill the user details and then create it.

Once the new user is created you can easily restrict their access to the system functionalities and the access to the different listings. To accomplish this task, you will have to click on the role of the user:

Then from the two dropdown menus you will be able to edit the particular settings:

  • From Assign to Role you can select one of our predefined roles or some of your custom created roles:

  • From Listings you can assign only particular listings to the current user which he will have access to, as by default every user has access to all of the listings :

Here as an overview of the standard user roles in Hostify:

  • Administrator
    The role provides full access to all modules

  • Manager
    The role provides full access to everything but the user management and billing 

  • Revenue Manager
    The role provides full access to the calendar, reservations and all reports     

  • Booking Agent
    The role provides full access to the reservations, guests, inbox and the multi-calendar 

  • Housekeeper
    The role provides access to the housekeeping module

  • Listing Owner
    Suitable for landlords, providing basic access to the calendar and reporting
