Hostify gives you the option to see your Airbnb support messages in the Unified inbox. You can also reply directly from Hostify to the person that is sending you this message from Airbnb.

In order to see only your Support messages, you just need to go in the Inbox. On the top right corner, from the filters drop-down menu, you have to select Support and on your screen will be see your messages:
