Get Duve / Wishbox is a special guest experience management system that allows hosts to automatically send messages to guests in their specific language during every stage of their stay.
The tool comes with multiple features that will help you save time and improve guest communication.
How to connect one way :
Hostify -> Duve
Login to Duve.
Go to Settings -> General tab - > Connect & Sync section.
On your Duve platform account create a new sync source of type Duve Connect to Hostify.
In case you are missing this type of sync source please contact Duve support teamCopy API Key and Account id keys.
5. Login to your Hostify account.
6. Go to Apps -> Duve.
7. Add the copied API Key and Account id keys -> Save Changes.
8. Go to Listings tab and select from the drop-down option listings which you would like to sync with Duve.
How to connect two way :
Hostify <-> Duve
One way connection must be is established first.
Login to your Duve account.
Go to Settings -> General tab - > Connect & Sync section.
Click on Duve Connect source.
On Webhooks section, click + Add new.
In Endpoint URL field add the following link. https://webhooks.hostify.com/wishbox/webhook and desired events that you want to receive in Hostity.
Click Save.
