The total revenue is calculated from the reservations in the selected period, calculated pro data. E.g. if the reservation for $1000 is from Nov 15 till Dec 15, then the revenue is split equally for November and December.

The received revenue is based on the cash flow / transactions. It shows how much you have received in the selected period. E.g. the received revenue for the example above will be $1000 in December.

Please note, that the cash flow report / received revenue is based on the transactions. It works fine for Airbnb, but for the other channels it works only if you charge through Stripe. Then Hostify automatically tracks the transactions.
