In order to have two-way messaging communication with your Booking.com guests from Hostify, you need to do the following steps :

Add the Hostify integration email (our support team will provide you with it), in Reservation and Central Reservation fields across Booking.com Extranet (see steps below) :

  • Navigate in the Extranet to the Hotel id contacts

  • Edit and update with Hostify integration email for the Primary point of contact in Reservation and Central Reservation fields.
    ​

Also, make sure your email notifications are turned ON in Messaging Preferences page.
