In order to have two-way messaging communication with your Booking.com guests from Hostify, you need to do the following steps :
Add the Hostify integration email (our support team will provide you with it), in Reservation and Central Reservation fields across Booking.com Extranet (see steps below) :
Go to admin.Booking.com
Navigate in the Extranet to the Hotel id contacts
Edit and update with Hostify integration email for the Primary point of contact in Reservation and Central Reservation fields.
Also, make sure your email notifications are turned ON in Messaging Preferences page.
