You can use the Hostify Inbox to send and receive messages and photos via WhatsApp. Communicate with guests that have provided a phone number with their reservation. All messages are sent using Hostify’s business account phone number for now. Follow the instructions below to send a message to a guest :
1. Go to Hostify inbox
2. Select a desired inbox thread with which you would like to start a WhatsApp communication
3. Select WhatsApp option and choose a desired template.
4. Wait till the guest returns a message.
5. After the guest returns a message you will be able to chat freely and exchange images for 24 hours.
WhatsApp Sent and Seen functions are support and will appear in our inbox.
As per WhatsApp’s business accounts rules, you can respond to a guest within 24 hours of receiving a message. The timer is reset with each new guest message received. In order to start a conversation, use one of Hostify’s pre-made message templates.
You can continue the conversation freely once a guest responds.
