Booking.com provides the option to set up multiple rate plans for the same listing via their Booking.com extranet.
For example, set one price for rooms with free cancellation and another for rooms with breakfast included.
From Hostify, you can manage a single Booking.com rate, typically the Standard rate, unless you've activated the Multi Rate Plan option.

New rates can be added from Booking.com Extranet portal -> Rates & Availability. Hostify can manage only Rate plans which are XML Active.
If you see a rate plan like Not XML Active in Booking.com Extranet calendar:
And you want Hostify to manage it in order to resolve this, you have two options:
1. You can to submit a request via your Booking.com account and to wait Booking.com support team to change the configuration of the rate plan.
2. You can recreate these rate plans without the “Not XML” tag by following these steps:
Create a new rate plan on Booking.com, selecting “Set up as a new rate plan”, and ensure you apply the same configuration settings used for Not XML plans before saving.
Edit the newly created rate plan. If you want it to be linked to the standard rate plan, change the setting to “Based on one of my current rate plans.” (Keep in mind that this option is only available during editing.)
Remove any duplicate Not XML rate plans that exists.
Contact our Support team to resynchronize the rate plans in Hostify for you.
“Not XML” means that the rate plan cannot be connected to the PMS .
Important : reservations that came through non XML active rate plans will never come automatically in Hostify.
