What is markup?
A markup is a percentage that is added to the base rate before being synced to the sales channel.
How do we add a price markup for a listing?
There are two ways to add a price markup to Airbnb listings:
Change price markup by Listing/One by one
Go to the Listings page.
Choose the listing you would like to edit.
Click Settings.
Enter your desired price markup.
Click Save Changes
Change price markup in bulk
Go to the Listings page.
Select the listings you would like to edit using the checkmarks on the left.
Click edit.
4. Tick the checkbox for Markup and enter your desired markup value in the blank.
5. Click Submit.
