To block last minute reservations on Airbnb:

1. Go to the Listings tab and open the property that you would like to edit.

2. Go to Settings.

3. In Booking Settings and under Min Period in Advance, set the period to 1 day or more, to block last minute reservations.

4. Hit Save Changes.

To block last minute reservations for Booking.com:

1. In Hostify, go to Channels > Booking.com

2. In Room Types, click Edit on the listing that you would like to change.

3. In Rates, click update on the default rate plan setup.

4. Scroll down to Booking restrictions and under Min period in advance. This can be set to far as 60 days depending on your preference.

5. Hit Save Changes.
