Connect your Plum Guide listings to Hostify
Preconditions for connecting :
The listing must exist both on Plum Guide and on Hostify
How to Connect :
Step 1
Plum Guide side :
Generate your Plum Guide Client ID & API Key from your Plum Guide dashboard in the API section.
Step 2
Hostify side :
Navigate to Channels -> Plum Guide -> Add an internal nickname ( Plum Guide direct) along with the generated Client ID & Client secret (API Key) values.
If the account connects successfully it will change to Inprogress status which means that Hostify is pulling the properties from your Plum Guide account.
The operation may take up to 4 hours, depending on how many properties you have in your Plum Guide account.
Minimum requirements for creating properties in Plum Guide
Each property must pass the Plum Test. This is an in-person inspection by a local Plum Home Critic. For a property to pass, it must have a high-quality interior for its price point: Clean & well maintained, Good quality furniture & kitchen equipment, Stylish interior
Commission : 16.5%
Plum Guide will take their commission of 15% (+1.5 % Banking Fees) from the rates pushed by Hostify.
Taxes
Taxes are automatically added by Plum Guide according to the relevant state/ regional laws. If your Hostify rates include taxes, please use the price markup option to adjust down according to the Tax level in that region of that property.
Note:
Only the default minimum stays in Hostify will be pushed to Plum Guide.
Periodic and Weekly minimum stays won't go to Plum Plum Guide
You can set % discounts for 7 and 28 night stays in your Plum Guide dashboard.
Plum Guide will send a booking confirmation to you and the guest.
Payment: Plum Guide takes payment from the guest, and pays out to property managers the first Friday after check-in.
