Step 1:
Open your listing, scroll down to Channels and click on your Booking.com property.
Step 2:
Go to Rates and click on Update on your default rate plan:
Step 3:
Scroll down to Booking Restrictions module - > Check in/out restrictions and check all weekdays/weekends under the Closed on arrival and Closed on departure options.
Additionally, you may add a high Price markup % value just in case, in order to further avoid bookings under your Booking.com properties:
