VRBO

If you want to use advance fees for your VRBO account, you need to do some steps before that.

Go to Channels, VRBO and click on the account that you are using:

Click on pricing and activate the advance fees for this account

VRBO is pulling from Hostify basically almost all fees that you are adding, but your taxes should be mapped.

If the tax that you are using is not system tax, or you cannot find it in the table below, you need to map them manually (only custom tax could be mapped)

* The important part is to map your taxes so they could be sent as tax to VRBO.

If you are using PMS VRBO will not handle your taxes, so they need to be managed from Hostify's end.

If you have integration with VRBO for the first time, pls contact our support team to map and push all taxes that you need to collect upon reservations. The channel will no longer collect your taxes, so if we don't map them from our system, they will not be collected when the reservation is created.
