Airbnb's new listing promotion lets hosts offer a 20% discount on eligible new listings. From 27 October 2026, the promotion ends once the listing gets 3 reviews or 10 bookings, whichever comes first. Before that date, it ended after the first 3 bookings.

The promotion ends after 3 reviews or 10 bookings, whichever comes first.
Bookings made more than 180 days ahead don't get the discount.
Promotions that are already running move to the new rules automatically on 27 October. Airbnb handles this, so you don't need to do anything.
Stays that were discounted when they were booked keep their discount, even if the listing reaches 3 reviews first.
Airbnb decides which listings are eligible. Smart pricing must be turned off. To see which of your Airbnb listings are eligible, go here.

The 20% Discount of your listings will be highlighted by adding:
A new line item on your price breakdown;
A spot in the emails Airbnb send to guests;
A message on your listing page that highlights the deal you're offering;
Strikethrough price in Airbnb search results and on the listing page itself.
Important information:
You can activate the "New Listing Promotion" when creating a new listing;
You can also turn it on for an existing listing, as long as Airbnb still considers it eligible;
When a new listing is created, this option is always "ON" by default. However, you can toggle it OFF if you'd like to.
