Airbnb's new listing promotion allows hosts to apply a 20% discount to any eligible listings for the first three bookings.
In order to be eligible for the promotion:
a listing must have fewer than 3 bookings;
smart pricing must be disabled.

Increase the occupancy of your listings eligible for the promotion;
Attract new guests and help you get 3 new reviews of your listings you need for a star rating.
The 20% Discount of your listings will be highlighted by adding:
A new line item on your price breakdown;
A spot in the emails Airbnb send to guests;
A message on your listing page that highlights the deal you're offering;
Strikethrough price in Airbnb search results and on the listing page itself.
Important information:
You can activate the "New Listing Promotion" when creating a new listing;
When the listing is not new and has fewer than 3 bookings, you can also enable the "New Listing Promotion" in order to promote it;
When a new listing is created, this option is always "ON" by default. However, you can toggle it OFF if you'd like to.
