Then you need to buy a virtual phone number that supports SMS

Configuration of the Twilio connection must happen both in Hostify and in Twilio.
Whatsapp templates must be the same configured in Twilio and in Hostify.
The conversation with the guest must start with sending one of the Whatsapp templates already made. After that the guest must return an answer and then you will be able to communicate with the guest.
