To advance the technological capabilities of the Hostify platform and to make your communication with your guests even more effective, we have implemented the latest AI technologies.
Pre-requisites:
For the time being, there are 3 use cases where you can use the Advanced AI features in Hostify. However, please note that first you have to activate Hostify AI prior to start using it. Here's how to do this:
Login to your Hostify account;
Navigate to Apps > Hostify AI:
Select Yes from the Active drop-down > Click Save:
Once you're ready, the Chatbot Q&A will appear on the screen:
I. Suggest a Reply to a question coming from your guest:
Use case: Hostify's AI engine automatically generates an elaboration or an answer to a specific question asked by your guest. This helps you safe time and be more efficient in your support efforts.
Navigate to the Inbox in Hostify > Select a Conversation;
Click the Suggest Reply button:
A reply will be auto-generated in seconds:
You can Send the auto-generated reply directly or refine it based on your tone of voice and preference:
II. Refine text:
Use case: while Hostify AI generates a reply in a blink of an eye, that's not all. Our AI can also refine the auto-generated text with just a single click and make it more friendly or style the text grammatically, i.e.
When a reply is being prepared, click the Аssit button:
The updated reply will be suggested in the chat box within a few seconds:
III. FAQ feature for AI training and enrichment of the property information:
Use case: you can add specific FAQ and assign them to the properties (listings) in your Hostify account. This helps our AI algorithms learn better from your input and provide better answers to your guests' questions.
Navigate to Apps > HostifyAI > Chatbot Q&A:
When you click on the Chatbot Q&A, a new tab in your browser will open. From there, you can define Frequent Questions and Answers, which might be valid for all listings or differ from listing to listing:
You can edit/delete a question by clicking the settings button and selecting Edit/Delete:
Additionally to that, you can update an answer, assign it to a listing, or delete it by clicking the settings button and selecting the respective action:
ℹ️ Please note that you can write more than 1 answer to a specific question.
You can assign different answers to different listings for which the given information is referred to. For example:
The question might be "How much does a lunch cost in {city}?"
Then, you may generate different answers depending on the city where the property is located at - Boston, New York City, etc.
Finally, you can assign the prepared answer for Boston only to listings which are located there so that it's NOT applicable for listings in New York, i.e., and vise versa. Here are the steps to do that:
> Click the settings button right next to an answer of choice > select Assign listing:
> Click the +Link new listings button:
> Search for relevant listings > Add:
ℹ️ Pro-tip: Currently, HostifyAI is only available for the following 3 roles - Admin, Manager, and Booking Agent.
