How to setup your Booking.com integration Content possibility with Hostify

Setting up the Booking.com integration is the mandatory pre-requisite step towards enabling the full integration with this channel manager.

To set up the Content possibility for the integration between Booking.com and your Hostify account, please follow the steps in the exact sequence as pointed out below:

  1. Contact our Support team to enable the Booking.com Content possibility for you.

  2. Provide us with information of your Booking,com account Legal Entity ID that you use in Booking.com Extranet.

  3. Navigate to Channel Contact and add contacts which you want to use for Booking.com platform by -> clicking the New Channel Contact - > fill in all the mandatory steps - Name, Email, Phone > Save.

โ„น๏ธ Please note that:

  1. You can find your Booking.com Legal ID by logging into your Booking.com account > Navigate to the top drop-down menu right next to Booking.com > Clock and scroll down until you see your Legal Entity ID:

  2. To add your Booking.com Legal ID into your Hostify account, please notify our Support team in Intercom so they can assist you throughout the procedure.

  3. Having your Booking.com Legal Entity ID is mandatory to complete the integration.
