To access the Akiles app, follow these simple steps:

Open the apps in Hostify.

Scroll down until you find the Akiles app and click on it.

1. Authorize your application in Hostify

To begin, authenticate the organization you wish to work with. If you’re setting up a new integration and logging in for the first time, your list will not display any active organizations. In this case, select Authenticate New Organization and click Authenticate. This will redirect you to the Akiles login page, where you'll need to log in.

If you manage multiple organizations, you must authenticate each one before you can work with it. Every organization has its own devices and groups, and once you switch between organizations, you will only see the devices and access groups for the currently active organization.

2. Pull all the physical devices from Akiles

3. Map all the received devices to the available listings in your account

4. Create your access groups in Akiles admin panel

5. Pull all the access groups that you have set up in step 4.

After setting up your access groups in Step 4 of the Akiles Integrations process, it is essential to pull them to ensure that all changes have been properly applied. This step guarantees that your access groups are up-to-date and accurately reflect any adjustments made in the Akiles admin panel.

Pulling your access groups is a crucial part of the Akiles Integrations process. It ensures that they remain current and precisely match any changes made in the Akiles admin panel. Remember to pull your access groups after every modification to provide the best possible experience for your users.

6. Sending Access to Guests

After you have generated access to your property for your guest, you will need to send them the information they need to access the property. This should be done 3 days before the check in date to ensure that your guest has enough time to prepare for their stay.

To send access to your guest, you will need to include the dynamic variables for the magic link and the generated pin code. These variables will be automatically filled in with the correct information for each guest.

The magic link is a unique URL that will allow your guest to access the property without needing a physical key. This link will expire after their stay is over, ensuring the security of your property.

The generated pin code is a unique code that your guest can use to access the property in case they are unable to use the magic link. This code will also expire after their stay is over.

To ensure that your guest receives the access information, please schedule the email to be sent 3 days before their check in date. This will give them enough time to receive the email and prepare for their stay.
