๐ Key Improvements
1. LOS (Length of Stay) Pricing
You can now set pricing rules based on the length of stay.
Offer discounts for longer bookings.
Add premiums for shorter stays.
LOS rules are visible directly in the Multi-Calendar.
2. Minimum Booking Value
Protect your revenue by setting a minimum total booking amount.
Example: If you set the minimum booking value to $300, reservations below this threshold wonโt be confirmed โ even if nightly discounts are applied.
This ensures that every booking meets your minimum revenue requirements.
3. Improved Rolling Calendar
The calendar is now based on your availability window (from the Policies tab):
It automatically opens periods between your minimum and maximum advance notice.
โAvailability can be set to 3 states:
Default โ per availability window (includes iCal imports & prep time).
Unavailable (Override) โ explicitly blocked, highest priority. ( Red color)
Available (Override) โ explicitly opened, even if normally blocked. ( Green color)
4. Faster Sync & Bulk Updates
Updates are sent to channels in near real-time.
Bulk updates from dynamic pricing tools are processed smoothly.
Improved stability and performance for calendar operations.
โ Why It Matters
With the new calendar, you get:
More pricing flexibility with LOS rules.
Guaranteed minimum revenue per booking.
Smarter availability management with rolling windows.
Faster, more reliable updates across all channels.
