The procedure of creating a "Listing owner" is same as any other user type. You just need to assign a role - Listing owner and select the listing/s that he owns.

You may want your listing owners to be able to see only certain amount of the revenues that you are receiving from the reservations. Hostify has a functionality, which will help you with the achieving of the task - it's called Owner revenue formula.
If a formula is added to the setting, the owners will see only the calculation of it and nothing else.
The owner revenue formula can be added/edited by:
Go to the Listings section;
Open a certain listing;
Go to the Setting section:
4. From the sub-menus row, click on the Pricing menu;
5. On the bottom of the page you will see the Owner Revenue formula field.
6. Add the certain formula that suits your needs and click Save.
Example formula is: 0.9*{{revenue}} - {{channel_commission}} - {{tax_amount}} + 10.50
The fields that you can use to gather information from your real reservations, revenue and etc. are:
{{revenue}}, {{base_price}}, {{security_price}}, {{extras_price}}, {{tax_amount}}, {{cleaning_fee}}, {{channel_commission}}, {{service_charge}}, {{subtotal}}, {{payout_price}}, {{total_price}}, {{guests_count}}, {{nights_count}}, {{transaction_fee}}

When the Listing owner login to Hostify, he will see revenue, based on the added Owner revenue formula.
