Select the listings which you want to have that task.

Choose whether you want the auto task to be applied for new listings that will enter in Hostify.

Select if you want to delete the Asana tasks when the reservations are cancelled.

Lastly choose if you want to sync the existing reservations (reservations which are already in Hostify) with the task that you are creating.

Choose the workspace from Asana.

Here you have two options:
* To choose an existing project from Asana;
* Dynamically create a new project with each task. In the name of the project you can use our dynamic variables.

Select the assignee/s from the provided list with assignees received from Asana.

Choose the tags.

Write the Title of the task which will appear in Asana. You can use reservation data here as well with the help of our dynamic variables.

Write a note for the task, if needed. Here the usage of the dynamic variables is available as well.

Choose a subtask, in case you need it.
