Check if you have added your Hostify system email in to your property profile under reservations and central reservations modules -> click here to learn more.

To send messages to the guests from Booking.com, the guest email address needs to be included in the reservation details.

The Hostify software allows you to send out emails to the guests and receive the replies from the guests in the Hostify software.
