Raixer is a proptech company which develops smart locks. It works through an app for end users as well as through an API to manage access in your own platform.
In this article, you can find how to connect your Hostify account with Raixer.
Log into your Raixer Account:
In the "Devices" screen, press the Menu button on the top left:
Go to "Integrations":
On the "Integrations" screen, press Integrate on the Hostify item:
Wait until you receive the verification email. In case you don't receive it, or press on Resend email to ask for it again. When the process is finished on a computer, return to the APP and, if this screen is still active (if it does not start on the Devices screen) press on Check integration.
ℹ️ On a computer, open the email inbox and look for the Raixer email called "Hostify integration". Inside it, just press on the designated "Click here to integrate Raixer with Hostify" link.

On a computer, follow the instructions of the page to get the Hostify API Token for the Raixer integration.

On a computer, If everything went alright, the integration is ready. Now, close the browser and return to the Raixer APP on the mobile phone.
Return to the integrations screen in the Raixer APP. Press on the Edit button to continue the integration process.
On the Hostify screen, you have all of your Hostify listings. From here, you can select which ones you want to link with your Raixer devices.
On the next screen, you'll have all your available Raixer devices to link with your Hostify listings. Press on Pair on the one you want to link to a specific Hostify listing.
All done! You have successfully linked a Hostify listing with a Raixer device.
ℹ️ Every time a reservation arrives to that listing, Raixer will schedule an Auto Access session for the checkin date and save all the guests phones as authorized phones for opening the door with a phone call.
