What's new in reporting to SES Hospedajes
You no longer need to send your guests' data to the Guardia Civil's Hospederías app or the Policía Nacional's Webpol app. Communications must now be sent through the Ministry of the Interior's SES Hospedajes application.
This change does not apply in the Basque Country and Catalonia. Under regulations published by the Basque Government (Euskadi) and the Generalitat, properties in these regions must continue sending guest and reservation data to the Mossos d'Esquadra or the Ertzaintza's Hotel Registration application.
The amount of data to collect has also increased significantly — it now covers not only guests' personal details but also reservation information, including highly sensitive data such as payment method, amount, and bank card or account numbers.
This regulation requires the data of all guests, including children under 14.
Part 1 — Enable the SES Hospedajes Web Service
If this is the first time you are creating an SES Hospedajes account, you will need to complete the account setup on the SES Hospedajes website itself.
Heads up:
The property owner must create the SES account — not the property manager.
Only one account is needed. If you have more than one property, add them all under the same account.
To connect the Ministry of the Interior to your SES Hospedajes platform, you need to enable this option on your account and fill in the form. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Visit the SES Hospedajes website.
2. In the table, find "Acceso al registro de establecimiento y entidades" and click the "@" button in the "Acceso" column.
3. Find "Mis datos registrados" and click the button.
4. Here you will see your account details — find the checkbox at the bottom of the form for "enviar comunicaciones vía servicio web" (send communications via web service).
5. Check this box and save your changes.
This way you will receive, by email from "[email protected]", the credentials needed to send data to SES Hospedajes via web service.
Once you complete the registration in SES Hospedajes, you will receive an email for each property. Each one will have the same username, password, and landlord code, but a different establishment code, since it is unique to each property.

The information highlighted in yellow is the data you need to use to set up the connection:
Código de arrendador (landlord code): 0000000001.
You can find it on the Ministry's website under the "Mis datos registrados" button — it's the number that appears below the word "código".
Códigos de establecimiento (establishment codes): 0000000002 (this is where the establishment name would be shown).
You can find it on the Ministry's website under the "Mis datos registrados" button. In the "Lista de establecimientos" section you will see a list of the establishments registered with the Ministry — the first number below the word "código" is the establishment code.
Usuario (username): 99999999AWS
Contraseña (password): Adr$%/Bhj'S
IMPORTANT: This username and password, generated by the SES Hospedajes system, are used to make the connection with the Ministry of the Interior, and are different from the username and password you use to log in to the SES system.
Part 2 — Connect your SES account in Ministerio del Interior
1. Log in to your Ministerio del Interior account.
2. Go to Properties and select the property you want to connect to SES:

4. Fill in the required details and click the "Validate" button. If the credentials are correct, validation will complete successfully.
IMPORTANT: You must enter the username exactly as it appears in the email, with "WS" at the end. If you have changed your password in SES, you must use the latest one you set in their system.
5. Click "SAVE".
Your account is now connected with the Ministerio del Interior!
