Hostify AI brings advanced artificial intelligence into your property management workflow. It helps you communicate with guests faster, more accurately, and in their own language — whether you want AI-assisted drafting or fully automatic replies.
Hostify AI operates in two modes:
Prompt Mode — AI assists you while you stay in control. Get suggested replies, refine your text, and use the Chatbot Q&A for quick property lookups.
Auto Pilot Mode — the AI agent handles guest conversations autonomously: answering questions, updating reservations, and escalating to your team when needed.
Activating Hostify AI
Before using either mode, you need to activate the Hostify AI integration:
Log in to your Hostify account.
Navigate to Integrations → Hostify AI.
Select Yes from the Active dropdown and click Save.
Once activated, both Prompt Mode tools and the Auto Pilot configuration page become available.
Hostify AI is available for Admin, Manager, and Booking Agent roles.
Prompt Mode
Prompt Mode keeps you in the driver's seat — the AI drafts or refines messages, but you review and send them yourself. This is ideal when you want AI speed with human judgment on every reply.
Suggest Reply
When you open a guest conversation in the Inbox, click Suggest Reply. Hostify AI reads the thread context — the guest's question, the listing details, and previous messages — and generates a ready-to-send answer in seconds.
You can send the suggestion directly or edit it before sending.
Refine Text
Already drafted a reply? Click the Assist button to have AI polish your text — improving grammar, adjusting tone (more friendly, more professional), or expanding a short note into a complete reply. The refined version replaces your draft in the compose box; review it and send when ready.
Chatbot Q&A
The Chatbot Q&A is a quick-lookup tool available from the Hostify AI integration page. Ask it any question about your properties and it returns an answer drawn from your listing data and Knowledge Base entries — useful for verifying facts before replying to a guest.
Auto Pilot Mode
Auto Pilot takes things further: the AI agent monitors incoming guest messages on your enabled listings and replies automatically — in the guest's language, within your configured hours, and following your custom instructions.
Key capabilities:
Answers guest questions about check-in, amenities, WiFi, neighbourhood, and more — pulling from your Knowledge Base, Mr.GG Guest Guide, and listing data.
Updates reservations (opt-in) — sets planned arrival/departure times and marks check-in/check-out status based on what the guest says.
Escalates to your team for complaints, refunds, emergencies, or anything it can't confidently handle — with internal notes, starred threads, and optional Auto Message notifications.
Stays silent when no reply is needed (acknowledgements, pleasantries).
Speaks any language the guest uses, translating on the fly.
Respects privacy — never shares door codes before confirmation, never commits to refunds or pricing.
Auto Pilot Mode is currently in Beta.
